I don't know if my ear cartilage was small or if my skin is thick, but after 3 years, my nasal tip drooping has gotten bad, so I'm looking into revision surgery;; I wanted to book ㄷㄴ too, but just like everyone here told me, they were really backed up; I don't plan to put off revision surgery until next year, so I just arranged times with ㅎㅇㅇㄷ and ㅅㄱ (ㅐㅣㅁ)... When I go, I'm planning to bring up autologous costal cartilage first, but just because they use autologous costal cartilage doesn't mean it automatically comes out flashy, right? I don't even know what the standard is for saying someone handles rib cartilage well, and I think I just need to avoid it looking pointy, but what exactly is the difference.. There are people whose nasal tips came out really round even though they used autologous costal cartilage, you know..
