The reason I ended up getting double eyelid surgery was that I went for LASIK, and they said my eyelashes were structured in a way that kept poking my eyes, so I needed double eyelid surgery, which made me look into it.
I visited about 5 clinics, and ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ gave the most detailed consultation. At other clinics, they just took one quick look at my eyes and all said it was ptosis, and that I needed double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + eye shape correction. But only Director ㄱㅅㅇ at ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ personally touched my forehead and eyes, had me close and open my eyes several times, and said this was not ptosis, but just weak eye-opening strength, so I did not need eye shape correction.
And they set the line more than 10 times, really trying to find a line that suited my face. I had seen too many reviews about side effects from eye shape correction, so I wanted to have the surgery as minimally as possible. As soon as I had the consultation, I canceled my appointments at the next clinics and decided to have surgery here.
I had the consultation and booked around May, then had surgery right before the Chuseok holiday started at the end of September. There was almost no swelling, so after the holiday ended, I did not rest much and went straight back to work. People at work and my friends were all surprised, asking why the swelling was so little and whether it was really done by incision;;

Before, I had monolids with no inner double eyelid at all, so people often told me the impression around my eyes looked really faint and sleepy Now even when I take photos, my eyes look defined and absolutely not sleepy lolololol The line is very thin, so if I open my eyes too wide it does become like an inner double eyelid, but it did not change my original image too much, so I am living very satisfied
