After nose surgery, I'm living while struggling to keep my mind together.. A lot of people left comments, and I'm planning to go for a follow-up check at the clinic a little after one month.
When I had my ear stitches removed (week 2), they said I would see the director and have a progress check, so I thought I absolutely had to talk about the things that were bothering me that day. But in the treatment room where they removed the ear stitches, the director suddenly came in, holding just one chart, and said, "It definitely turned out well. It turned out well," and tried to leave. I barely stopped him and said it wasn't even a speck close to the direction I wanted, so what was he talking about? Then he said that originally, when people bring in nose photos, they can't make everything exactly the same, and even more so, bulbous nose correction has limits.
After that, they separately told me to take before-and-after photos, but they said it wasn't for consultation with those photos, and that the purpose was for the clinic to store them.. lol Even if they say they don't compare before-and-after photos at week 2 because of swelling, if the patient sees it and is dissatisfied and asks them to check, isn't it common sense that they should compare the before-and-after photos? Otherwise, they shouldn't take them at all; saying it's for storage;
Of course I know expecting it to be 100% identical to the photo is greedy. But for bulbous nose correction, I paid this expensive amount, decided to undergo nose surgery with silicone, osteotomy, and ear cartilage while accepting all the risks, and I didn't decide to have surgery lightly. I didn't do it just to make the side profile pretty either. I also didn't greedily get surgery while knowing bulbous nose correction would fail. And who in the world gets surgery knowing it's going to fail?
At the very least, the nose should have become slimmer than my face before. Or improved even a little. What good is it if only the side profile is pretty? Who gets nose surgery just to make the side profile pretty? The nose from the front is a mess. I'm speechless. The clinic says it's minor swelling. They say nose surgery takes 6 months, but you can tell ten things from one. I was absolutely not someone with severe swelling, I had no bruising, and of course there was almost no swelling. I don't know how dramatic an effect they expect me to see even if more swelling goes down from here.

Please go to as many in-person consultations as possible. And among successful cases, don't just ask, "Please tell me which clinic 00 is." The most important thing is which doctor at clinic 00 it was. The clinic doesn't do the surgery. The doctor does. And no matter how much online research you do 100000 times, going to one in-person consultation helps the most. And don't believe 1000% that just because a clinic is famous through YouTube word-of-mouth, they will make you a success.
The photos are ones I just took. In the very last photo, my cosmetics came off, so there is white powder on the tip of my nose.. Even though I had nose surgery, I don't like it, so I go around applying a ton of highlighter..
