I came prepared with a bunch of questions, but before I even asked, the doctor explained the things I was curious about very professionally, which made me trust him. At the previous hospital, they had already decided on the answer and were basically saying, “This is what you have to do,” but here they explained in detail what could and could not be done based on the reasoning, so it was a convincing approach. The coordinator was kind too, and I was really satisfied with the consultation, so I hope the surgery goes just as well!!
