Before/after I'm writing a 10-month review after getting revision eyelid surgery, lateral canthoplasty, and lower canthoplasty at ㅇㅇㅂ from Director ㅅㅇㅎ.
First of all, since this surgery was a revision, it was done with an incisional method, and surprisingly, my first surgery was also incisional double-eyelid surgery lol But even though I had incisional double-eyelid surgery, after about 1-2 years, only one side's line lowered and asymmetry appeared, and then uneven eyes were simply complete!
So before deciding on revision eyelid surgery, I worried a lot too. My first surgery was also incisional, so even if I have revision surgery, will the lines be properly matched, and can I get away from uneven eyes? etc... Still, I couldn't live with these eyes, so I looked at tons of reviews and got revision eyelid surgery at the place I liked the most, and as expected, I think I did well to have the surgery. And since I was getting it done this time, I also wanted slightly more open-looking eyes because something felt 2% lacking, so I had lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty done together too haha
Actually, since it was revision eyelid surgery, I somewhat expected the swelling, so it did go down slower than other people's... but now it has really gone down a lot, and I think the line came out glamorous the way I wanted haha In my case, the swelling started going down well with more speed from month 3. The speed of swelling reduction differs from person to person, so I recommend being patient and enduring for 6 months!
Before and after surgery, the director neatly set the lines of my previously asymmetric eyes, so now the extra time it took every day when doing makeup and the hassle of taking selfies and editing them to make the eyes match are gone, and I'm living a slightly more comfortable life lol
People around me also often tell me that my revision eyelid surgery seems to have gone well, so once again I feel like I did well to get revision eyelid surgery!
