Male nasal tip + nasal bridge osteotomy + rhinitis nose + sinusitis, 1 month post-op

All the photos above are after surgery, and the before-surgery photos are in my previous post!

I had autologous costal cartilage placed in the nasal tip, had a nasal bridge osteotomy, and had silicone inserted. I also had surgery for rhinitis nose and sinusitis, and corrected the crookedness by lowering the columella. I had nose surgery last month, and now I’m 1 month post-op.

When I wake up in the morning, maybe because of the rhinitis-nose surgery, the nostril that used to be blocked is wide open, so I feel refreshed every morning. It’s just that I wonder if I really changed this much, to the point that I can’t even remember my face from a month ago. My acquaintances don’t seem to notice that I had surgery. These days, it’s an era where men also get surgery, so I don’t necessarily hide it, but I’m not the type to conceal it either. haha

After nose surgery, I rested a bit until the swelling went down, so I gained weight, but since the nasal bridge was raised around the glabella area, I feel like even my eyes got bigger. I don’t know if it’s just my imagination... Of course, it’s still a period when I need to be careful, but I can exercise too, so I want to lose some weight and look handsome. I asked people around me, and it seems like these days, as long as the surgery is done naturally, even men who had plastic surgery are seen as okay lol All this time, I had been breathing through my mouth with my nose full of mucus and living with medication, but now I’m experiencing a whole new world.
