The director didn’t push excessive recommendations, and was kind, yet honest. Throughout the consultation, I could really feel that they focused on what the patient was saying and tried to find a better direction. I could feel their professionalism in every word, and the serious way they explained things made me trust them. Even on the day of surgery, while marking out my nose line, they consulted with me again about the surgical direction and the look I wanted. Maybe because I had a long, detailed discussion with the director, the shape and height of my nose came out the way I wanted.
