Even though it was a weekday, there was a bit of a wait, but the consultant was really, really kind, and the place felt cozy and pleasant. In terms of the consultant’s kindness, it was number one haha. On top of that, they explained things before any other hospital did, such as CCTV disclosure, whether an anesthesiologist would be present, whether aftercare/revision service was available, and so on, making sure the patient could feel sufficiently reassured and trust them, so I was very drawn to them.
