It has been about 7 years since I had surgery, and I got it because I was stressed about having a bulbous nose and a drooping nasal tip! My original nasal bone structure was on the high side, so other hospitals said I would need surgery to shave it down together with surgery to lift the nasal tip, but the hospital I chose said it would be enough to just lift the nasal tip moderately, so I decided on it. As a result, um... it is better than not having done it, but it did not turn out the way I wanted. First, as time passed, the nasal tip bent slightly to one side. Maybe because they used ear cartilage.. Also, since I have keloid-prone skin, I knew I scar easily, but the flesh has remained protruding inside my nose along the incision line until now..
