I really wanted to get it because my nasolabial folds bothered me, but the effect is really very brief. And it seems to move up and down, so I end up pressing on it every time I look in the mirror. The wrinkles are still the same, and only the areas I worry about have increased. It may differ from person to person, but I hope this helps as a reference.
