I had everything removed, and there was no upturning of the nasal tip or anything like that. In fact, from the side, it became higher than my original nose, but the nasal tip looked pinched.. They said I could go back to my original nose, but unlike my original bulbous nose, the nasal tip became too pinched and narrow... I removed it because I wanted to go back to a bulbous nose...
