I got a consultation for implant (silicone) removal and revision surgery. They didn't take a CT scan, and we consulted while looking together at the photos they had taken. The doctor wore gloves and palpated carefully. At other places, they said that even with revision surgery, I would need silicone inserted into the nasal bridge, so I ruled them out. But here they said they would reconstruct it with MegaDerm. The director, consultant, and others were kind, and there was nothing excessive at all, such as pressuring me to have surgery. It was a bit frustrating that there were no before-and-after photos, so I couldn't tell the director's preferred aesthetic. But that also means my photos won't be shown to other people either.. Personally, I didn't think it was a particularly critical downside.
