It’s only day 3, so the swelling is at its peak and I don’t really have much to say as a review yet.. First of all, facial contouring surgery was.. an extremely, very difficult surgery to go through without a guardian. Because of the anesthesia, I was out of it, and they kept telling me all the things I needed to be aware of after surgery, but it was hard to remember them properly. You’re hospitalized on the day of surgery, but you have to visit again two days after surgery, and even going from the hospital to your home or hotel and back with bandages wrapped all around is a task. On top of that, I don’t know if the consultant was overwhelmed, but I only heard the detailed explanation about hospitalization and the visit date on the day of surgery, so I had to book a hotel that same day and it was chaos.. After surgery, my voice barely came out, so even calling the hotel to make a reservation and calling a taxi was a whole task.. The surgery seems to have gone well without pain, but the swelling is very severe, and the doctor is skilled, and the operating room and inpatient room staff were all kind, but the consultant + the hospital’s post-op care system were a bit lacking. Looking at reviews from other hospitals, they even provide pumpkin juice to help reduce swelling, but this place doesn’t have anything like that….
