Hello, this is my first post. I had nose surgery in 2016, and at the time, a natural-looking nose was the trend, so even though I had a bulbous nose, I only had a thin silicone implant placed in the nasal bridge and cartilage tying at the nasal tipㅠㅠ My overall nose shape isn’t bad, but I’ve become more ambitious and want to have revision surgery.
