After revision rhinoplasty, the shape of my nasal tip changed so much that it makes me want to curse.... I didn’t remove the nasal tip, just refined the shape Is it because they only used septal cartilage and ear cartilage? My columella is also more retracted than before, and above all, my nostrils,, they got so big it seriously makes me want to curse…. What on earth do they have to touch for the nostrils to widen left and right??? Maybe because I removed the nasal bridge, my nasal alae also feel wider than before.. What should I do to go back to my old nose shape? Would columella lowering + nostril/alar base reduction work? Or columella lowering + alar rim lift..?? If I only do columella lowering, it probably won’t improve the enlarged nostrils, right? Honestly, the enlarged nostrils stress me out way more than the retracted columella 1 and 2 are current, 3 and 4 are from my first surgery..
