The cartilage shows through at the tip of my nose, so like Haewon from NMIXX, the cartilage show-through at my nasal tip is really severe If I shave down the cartilage and cover it with dermis, will it still keep showing through? I’m going crazy. Because of the show-through, I’m wondering if I should have it removed
