My dentist recommended it, saying it’s good for temporomandibular joint pain. I’ve tried imported ones and domestic ones, but I can’t really feel a difference. Around 3 months in, my face is the slimmest, and then it fills back in... When it starts filling back in, people around me say I must be gaining weight these days lol Then I think, hmm, I guess it’s time to get it again, and that’s how I know...;
