Consultation review for upturned nose and low nose: Apgujeong ㅇㅈ, Cheongdam ㅊㄷㅂㅇㅇ

ㅇㅈ: They said I definitely need to use autologous costal cartilage (2 cm scar under the breast) For the nasal bridge, if height isn’t important, I don’t have to do it, but if I do, they strongly recommend silicone (dermis can be used too) They’ll do nostril lowering. Other clinics said they would make incisions on the alar side and lift upward, but this doctor said my philtrum is long, so doing that would make it even longer, and that we need to focus on lowering it. They also said not to remove the nasal septum because it would weaken the nose (the previous clinic said they would remove it) I talked with the director alone for almost 30 minutes.. They explained things very thoroughly and what they said made sense. They measured things like eye width and looked inside my nose, but didn’t take a CT I asked, “Can’t donated rib cartilage be used? ㅠㅠ” but it seemed like the clinic didn’t even keep donated rib cartilage in stock.. They just said it was impossible and that they had to harvest my own. Afterward, I also talked with the consultant for almost 30 minutes, and they showed me several before-and-after nose photos of people with cases similar to mine.

Materials: autologous costal cartilage, donated dermis, ear cartilage Price: in the 5 million won range, no review event

ㅊㄷㅂㅇㅇ: No CT taken. The only clinic that does not make an external incision (0 visible external scars). They said they would see how much the nasal bridge lowers, and if needed, they would use silicone; they might not use it. They said donated dermis disappears completely and they would absolutely not use it. The consultation was very simple, about... 3 minutes? The consultant said someone’s family member/acquaintance had surgery here too, and showed me photos of about two or three similar cases.

Materials: donated costal cartilage, silicone, (nasal septum, ear cartilage?) Price: high 3 million won range
