When I went for the 3-month follow-up consultation, they made me wait an hour, then spent about 1 minute saying it was swelling so I should wait 6 months, and if it still wasn’t okay then they would do an after-service correction. Their attitude was so different that I wondered if it was the same person as during the pre-surgery consultation
It was so hard that, refund or whatever, as soon as I reached 6 months I had surgery at another hospital, but now that I think about it, not getting a refund is such a regret
