Among the places I went to for a nose consultation, this was the one that left the strongest impression. There were some places where the director differed depending on the surgical area, but Director Gu, who consulted with me, came across as very cute while also giving a very professional impression in terms of work. He consulted with me using the CT scan, and he wanted me to ask even the smallest questions I had. Through my questions, he put a lot of effort into figuring out the needs I wanted. I think I also talked more than I did at any other consultation. It was a consultation, but there was a lot of Q&A. When I see directors who are playful, I sometimes get the feeling that I can’t fully trust them, but with Director Gu, there was none of that. He eased the tension just enough while still being professional, so I trusted him a lot.
