Empty space and gaping after lateral/lower canthoplasty.. please help

<When I’m not pressing it with my hand, the mucosa is completely lifted and there’s an empty space at the outer corner….><It didn’t show well in the photo, so I pulled it with my hand and took the picture!> In early May, I had lateral/lower canthoplasty + under-eye fat repositioning using a lateral canthal periosteal fixation method, but I’m struggling with pain because I have eye-pressure pain, my eyes feel so tight, and it feels like someone is pressing on my eyes I went to an ophthalmologist, and they said my actual intraocular pressure hasn’t gone up..? And it was overcorrected, but when I usually see people who were overcorrected, their conjunctiva is exposed. Maybe my eyeballs are small The very end of my eyeball is visible People who are overcorrected usually show conjunctiva, but I haven’t seen anyone whose eye end and empty space show like mine. Will I be okay? ​ And because of my circumstances I can’t get restoration done now and will probably only be able to do it a year later, but my eyeball won’t fall out or something serious happen in the meantime, right? I originally had sunken eyes, but now my eyeballs look protruded, and I’m really, really suffering so much that I may have written this in a disorganized way. Has anyone here been like me? Even though it doesn’t show well in photos, it looks like I had lateral canthoplasty despite having no room for it, and I can see the empty space where the eyeball ends Ha.. I mean, even people who are overcorrected have their lower canthoplasty pulled downward, but does anyone actually get lateral canthoplasty done like that when there isn’t even any space to open like mine?
