I had surgery with Director Seo Beom-shin. From the consultation, he objectively told me what was possible and what wasn’t, so I trusted him, and he kindly explained everything in a comfortable way. The facilities themselves are not as well equipped as other large hospitals, but the staff and consultants were all kind and took good care of me, which was nice. I think the aftercare, including laser treatments and massages, is also fairly well organized. I had a consultation for my nose with Director Lee Byung-hoe, and he honestly said it would probably be better not to do it, so I think that also made me trust them.
