The nostril asymmetry was also really severe.. My alar base was very wide too.. and the nasal tip was blunt With a little exaggeration, my nose took up half my face lol
After deciding on rhinoplasty, I went to a lot of consultations here and there, and since I also thought rhinoplasty could be risky.. I think it took about two months just to choose a hospital and go into surgery lol I had alar reduction + bulbous nose correction (silicone + septal cartilage) + hump nose correction.
For about the first 2 weeks? after surgery, I think it hurt a lot. It was hard to open my mouth, so I ate ice cream and yogurt and got through meals that way. (I lost some weight then too lol)
After one week, the splint was removed, and after 2 weeks, all the stitches were removed too Honestly, during recovery it hurt a lot, so I slightly regretted getting rhinoplasty, but now whenever I look in the mirror, I feel every time that I did the right thing lol
Now when I meet friends, I hear a lot that I look pretty, and I feel like I’m living a completely new life haha If you have any questions, please leave a comment haha
