I had double eyelid surgery with an incision 3 years ago. My eyelid skin was very thick and I had a lot of fat, so I never even hoped for the wide, refreshed eyes that are trendy these days. I got it to improve my sleepy-looking eyes and overall impression. It was a bit pricey, but when the line was uneven at first, they even did revision surgery for free after 1 year. The incision line is clean, and I haven't had any issues so far! If you're worried about getting a sausage-like look because your eyes are really puffy, I recommend it if you want a natural result.
