I had under-eye fat repositioning and nose surgery on September 16.
I looked into about 10 hospitals, and because my nose was really a very basic nose, I debated a lot about whether to do it or not.
I thought a lot about whether a more dramatic look would suit me, whether a natural look would suit me, and whether it would be better without an implant.
But when I was actually about to do it, I wanted to make it dramatic,, My nose was already okay, so the thought of “why do it if I’m going to make it natural?” became stronger.
On the day, I went to the hospital and had the surgical design done. Under-eye fat repositioning was honestly more like treatment, so there wasn’t really anything to design; I just wanted to avoid the side effect of looking more hollowed out.
As a result, it came out well and I’m satisfied. I definitely look less tired, the dark circles are almost gone, and I look more lively.
People around me say I look more refined, since I did it together with my nose!
The issue for me was the nose. Since the result could really be like a gamble, I considered everything from the starting point of the nose to the nasal tip and the nasal width,
and I also brought photos of what I wanted. What I felt here is that, honestly, it doesn’t go exactly according to that wish, and the nose that suits my face best seems to become the pretty nose.
Doctors do many surgeries, so when they consult, I think they consult while imagining the after-surgery face. So we patients
are not experts to that extent and can’t predict the result, so I think it’s faster to just say what you dislike. Then they won’t do it that way and will make it pretty.
My complex was that my midface is long, so I emphasized a lot that I was worried my nose would look longer if silicone was inserted, and I said I wanted the nasal tip projected a lot.
With the septal cartilage, I think they projected it as much as possible for safety and function. And there was really, truly zero surgical pain. There wasn’t much swelling either, and I wondered if cosmetic surgery just suits my constitution,
because I started wanting to do other things too.. The second Pfizer shot was harder..
It’s been about 40 days now, and they said the nasal tip would come down quite a bit, but it seems to have come down less than expected and is maintaining well. Since my nose definitely became shorter, I think the feeling that my face looks
long has decreased a lot.!
It also gives a refined feeling,.,, My nose isn’t a very dramatic style, but more like, when acquaintances see me after a long time, “Did he get his nose done? Or not?
Is it just filler?” That’s about the level of change.. So I think I’m even more satisfied these days.
I had it done as long-nose correction, using 2 mm silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.
