The staff and consultant were all kind. But even though I paid a reservation deposit of 30,000 won, the wait was soooo long. They said it was because I had also booked a forehead reduction, but that consultation was finished in 30 minutes. They said it was because the facial contouring director’s surgery was delayed, and kept saying to wait just 20 more minutes, just 10 more minutes. In the end, I had a 10-minute consultation at the very end, couldn’t even have a closing conversation with the consultant, and had to leave because of my next appointment. The director was just so-so too. My deep cheek fat isn’t that severe, but here it feels like they always include it no matter what. I went even though there was a reservation deposit because it’s famous, but I regret it.
