What was absurd was that I made the consultation reservation and went on time, but they made me wait almost two hours. I waited so long in that consultation room that I couldn’t take it and even dozed off. They neglected the customer too much. It felt like they forgot I was there.
And later, someone came in, looked me up and down in an unpleasant way, and asked for the look I was going for? or the image I wanted, so I showed a few examples, but then they said they couldn’t do anything with that and basically chased me out, so I had no choice but to leave.
