After<2 weeks later>After<2 weeks later>Before<before>Before<before>Before surgery, I had a severe bulbous nose, and especially when taking photos, my nose looked spread out, which was a complex of mine, so I had surgery. I also had rhinitis, so my nose was a bit blocked. I did want the most natural look possible, but since I was having surgery, I was also worried I might regret it for no reason if it was too unnoticeable. The photos are from 2 weeks after, and the swelling is actively going down, so I think as time passes, it will feel even more satisfying. Haha I hope time passes quickly. For reference, I only retouched the skin. Haha
