3. ㅇㅁㄹ (Do) I had the highest expectations, but it was the worst. First of all, the consultant was quite pressuring, and it felt like they were steering me to pay right away. The doctor did seem very confident, but had a tendency to look down on patients too much. I got the feeling that if the surgery went wrong, aftercare would be extremely difficult. They said here they would open with double-line incision and, if there was enough spare skin, proceed with excision. They informed me in advance that my eyes might not open, and recommended lower eyelid fat repositioning.

4. ㄱㄴ (Yu) (reserved) The consultant and director were the calmest. They said there wasn’t enough spare skin, so skin excision was absolutely not possible, and recommended double-line incision. Here too, like ㅇㅁㄹ, they said they would open it up and if there was spare skin, proceed with excision; if not, proceed with double-line incision.
The discounted cost is 3.5 million.
Since I live outside Seoul, most hospitals in my area said I had enough spare skin and didn’t need double-line incision, but every place in Seoul recommended double-line incision.
I don’t know because opinions are divided on whether there is actually enough spare skin or not, but if I start with skin excision and then my eyes don’t close, I’d really be screwed. So I decided on double-line incision while accepting the scar
