I had rhinitis, and after my first surgery my nasal septum was deviated, so I couldn’t breathe well through the right side. Because of that, I started looking on apps for places famous for functional rhinoplasty and I didn’t know about this community I deeply regret really going to that place that was just blasting advertisements I had it done by the head director of B Plastic Surgery, which advertises functional rhinoplasty (with an ENT specialty) and I am regretting it bitterly Among that person’s review photos, I saw several noses that looked cut off so I thought, surely this isn’t that person’s characteristic style and even during the consultation, I showed those photos and said absolutely not like this It wasn’t like I had a nose with no columella either But the result became a cut-off nose They told me to use donated dermis and shave down the nasal bridge bone? I had a low nose. They said if I did that, it would look slimmer (when I looked it up, it seems they recommend this to most people) I don’t know if it was the donated dermis or if something went wrong while shaving, but something started protruding in the middle of my previously smooth nose, so when I asked what on earth this was, they said it would settle down after 6 months But now, even after 6 months, it hasn’t settled, and it stands out even more. In photos and in real life, my friends ask, “What is that? Did something heal there, or is there a scar?” My nostrils used to be narrow, but they carved grooves inside, so they became completely round nostrils, and they’re uneven too
I just want to go back to when only one side of my nose was uncomfortable to breathe through They said they would refund me if it didn’t settle after 6 months but without even doing a checkup, they just said their hospital has insurance, so they’ll process it through insurance and told me to talk to the insurance company But what the insurance company said they needed was a medical certificate Something like: the nose is in this condition, this type of surgery is necessary, and the cost is about this much
But even after going to 5 plastic surgery clinics, none of them would write a medical certificate Only then did I realize, ah, they knew clinics wouldn’t issue a certificate and just passed it off pretending it wasn’t their problem.. I saw that some people here are thinking of going to that director at B Plastic Surgery and I really want to desperately tell you not to go

At that place, they used ear cartilage, donated dermis, and shaved the nasal bridge and now my nostrils are uneven, something round is protruding in the middle of my nose, and it became a cut-off nose And then they act like it’s none of their business, so I truly hope no one ends up like me
