It’s been about a week since I had revision double-eyelid surgery, and the doctor’s attitude before and after surgery feels so different that I feel crushed inside.. There are a lot of problems that are visible right now, but when I meet the doctor on the follow-up day and ask about them, they just say it will definitely get better.. When I ask the things I’m curious about, they cut me off before I can even finish speaking and just say it will get better with time, then leave coldly.. I can’t even ask a quarter of what I wanted to ask. I’ve never spoken as if I were arguing, and I was really asking because I wanted a specialist’s opinion, but what am I supposed to do if they only say it will get better? I have a quiet personality and have never spoken up strongly, so why does it feel like they’re treating me like a difficult patient? I’ve never even really had a proper conversation with this person, so I feel so wronged.. It feels like I put the price of a used car into my eyes. Before surgery, they were so kind and listened to everything I said, but after surgery they seem like a completely different person.. I trusted this place because it’s mentioned a lot for revision surgery, but I’m so upset because it feels like I paid such a huge amount of money and was left only with wounds.. I came home with my face covered in tears and snot. I keep crying even though I need to reduce the swelling. I cried so much that reducing the swelling is probably hopeless now.. Even after paying this much money, I’m completely in the weaker position. I can’t even bring anything up? Did I say anything negative like I think something went wrong or this seems strange!!!!! Sigh.. I’m asking because I’m worried that if I just wait blindly, I might miss the treatment window, so why is their attitude so different before and after surgery.. If it still doesn’t get better after time passes, what on earth am I supposed to say to this doctor who doesn’t communicate at all..? Even when I ask calmly, this is the reaction, so if I make a proper complaint, won’t they kick me out..
