Now that it’s been 4 months, I can visibly see that more swelling has gone down. It seems like there’s been some change, so I’m writing another review to share an update.
My hump nose and bulbous nose had been complexes for me for a long time, so I wondered if rhinoplasty could fix them and ended up getting nose surgery.
I want to emphasize that I did osteotomy, but I did not do alar reduction, yep. When I read posts, I see a lot of people here who think bulbous nose -> alar reduction is absolutely necessary.
Anyway, I haven’t had any problems with my nose so far, no discomfort, and it’s just maintaining well without the height getting lower, so I’m feeling relieved, yep.
