Can this be improved with under-eye fat repositioning or fat grafting? My dark circles are also pretty severe, and I don’t want fillers because I’m worried they might cause something like inflammation. I’m looking for a clinic that preserves the aegyo-sal as much as possible while making the midface look shorter, and I liked the reviews for Director Shin Chi-ho at Objet Please let me know in the comments about more clinics that have a lot of experience with eye surgery and can do septum reinforcement? like this
