It’s already been 5 years since my surgery I used lengthened costal cartilage at the nasal tip, so there is some discomfort that doesn’t feel like my original nose, but the pretty nasal tip is still maintained without dropping or sagging. I remember nasal packing being so uncomfortable that I never want to do it again, so I’m living gratefully that I haven’t had side effects or contracture lol
