The staff, consultant, and director are all kind. The director takes pride in facial specialty surgeries and explains things in great detail during the consultation. The consultant also explains things in detail and kindly. However, the price range was higher than expected, so I'm still thinking a lot about whether to have the surgery. For now, I was satisfied with the consultation itself.
