After going around for consultations, studying, and researching for over two months in my own way, I recently had my eyes and nose done. I think many people like me are considering cosmetic surgery, and there must be people who feel lost among so much information and so many clinics, so I'm posting this review in the hope that it helps even a little. Actually, I can't wear glasses right now, so I can't see the writing well. Please understand if there are typos.
I wasn't handsome, but I had lived without any particular major dissatisfaction with my appearance. Then, regardless of gender, I saw that many people were using the power of medicine and living more satisfying lives, and I came to realize that at the end of my 20s, whether you call that late or early, so I decided to have cosmetic surgery. I went to about seven places for consultations. For my eyes, I often heard that they were long horizontally and had a decent line, so they were eyes that would turn out well if operated on. For my nose, most evaluations were that it was just an average Asian nose. I researched and searched reaaaally a lot, even looking up English papers with a translator, and was building my own understanding of what surgical methods would suit me, and then I discovered a YouTube channel that said things that really stuck with me. It was a cosmetic surgery clinic's YouTube channel, and the directors there were saying exactly the things I wanted and thought were right. So I made a consultation request right away. After booking, I waited about 3 weeks, and Director Ham Ki-won consulted with me. Honestly, he wasn't as playful and witty as on YouTube, but he looked at my eyes seriously. He clearly distinguished what was necessary and unnecessary, and I felt there was no overtreatment. (Other places basically include ptosis correction as a required top-tier item, but among 7 places, including this one, 2 places recommended only double eyelid surgery... And personally, I thought I didn't need ptosis correction.) Various interests aligned, and I had the surgery this time. You can each judge the surgical result by looking at the photos. The swelling hasn't gone down fully, but personally, I'm satisfied for now. (Of course, to properly see the result, you need to wait at least 1 month.)
My eyes hurt a lot.. Right now I wrote this somewhat incoherently, but I'm also thinking of organizing it neatly later and posting another review. I hope everyone who is considering and researching cosmetic surgery gets good results.
