Since it was my first time getting double-eyelid surgery, I went in thinking about natural adhesion, and it was nice that they explained separately how it would be with buried sutures versus incision. I did have a desired eye shape, but I went after hearing that the doctor would find a shape that looked good, so I asked for the doctor's opinion first and had the consultation in a way that felt like coordinating it with the line I wanted. I wanted to have surgery with the buried suture method, so I had written things down mainly about buried sutures, but they said I would need ptosis correction together to get the open, refreshed eye-opening feel I wanted, and recommended an in-out line! I also asked about canthoplasty, but they did not recommend canthoplasty Instead, I was happy because I had thought all this time that I had small, narrow eyes, but they said I didn't. Rather than making only the eyes look intensely defined, it felt like they prefer looking at the whole face and making it blend naturally. For the consultation, I first had the consultation with the doctor, then went into the consultation with the consultant!
