I went with high expectations, but I was really disappointed. The counter staff was kind, but the consultation manager kept speaking informally to me. I thought asking whether CCTV viewing was available was pretty much just a formality, so I asked whether CCTV could be viewed, but they were like, “For just double eyelid surgery, do you really need to view the CCTV?” They answered in a way like, “Anyway, they wake you up in the middle and you talk with the director, so CCTV isn’t really necessary~” I totally cooled off. lol They did say viewing was possible, though…
