I visited because I wanted a natural nasal line, and it really, really, really, really felt like they pursued a much more conservative and safe surgical method than I had expected. Even though it was a rhinoplasty revision, this was the only place that said they would not use costal cartilage. When I said I wanted to change the line from a semi-upturned nose to a straight-with-slight-slope line and wanted columella correction, they explained the surgical method and said, 'The nose may look wider than before.' It seemed like they pursued a natural look that was even more!!! natural than the natural line I had in mind, almost as if no surgery had been done...
