The director prefers using only ear cartilage. They said they avoid using the nasal septum if possible as well. They said they mainly use ear cartilage for the columella too. When asked whether it would not droop, they said the degree of drooping depends on the surgical method. They aim for a natural look, and the actual review photos they showed were also very natural.
