When I had my first nose surgery, I wondered if the problem was that the silicone had been completely covered. It had not even been long since the surgery, but I developed contracture, so I looked into getting revision rhinoplasty. I also needed silicone removal, and since I could no longer trust implants, I looked for places that perform revision without implants, which narrowed things down a bit. Among those, I chose a place with good reviews that seemed trustworthy and visited it. First of all, the fact that it is a one-doctor clinic gave me a lot of confidence. Since it is a private clinic, I thought they would examine me carefully, and during the consultation the head director really had the aura of an expert, so I definitely felt that I had come to the right place. Also, I liked that they were cautious, saying it was not simply that everything could be done, but that they would have to assess my condition and decide whether it was possible or not.
