I debated a lot about whether to use silicone, but I just kept my own nasal bridge and went with no implant + septal cartilage. They said it would turn out better if I slightly refined the hump, so while refining it, I also had an osteotomy done!! As time passes, my satisfaction keeps getting higher. It’s gradually becoming more natural, and people around me say it’s pretty, so I feel good. I’m really hearing a lot that my nose looks like Min Hyo-rin’s.. hahaha
After surgery, sebum coming up was so stressful.. To give one tip, I don’t recommend things like toner pads!! Wet a cotton pad with water, or soak a thick wet wipe thoroughly in water and wring it out, then put on foam cleanser, rub it, wipe, and then wet a cotton pad again and wipe the nose. It doesn’t irritate the nose and cleans up sebum well!! I highly recommend this method!!
