And when the sutures were removed, they made an internal incision again inside one side of the nose, so I don't know if it is because that created a wound... or if there is another reason, but one side of the nasal tip is still hard. Sometimes when I am lying down, I hear a clicking sound from my nose, like click! click! Also, the nasal tip has this unexplained fixed feeling, too. To put it simply, it feels as if a clothespin is clipped onto the tip of my nose... Anyway, it is a bit hard to explain in words. I have heard the term cartilage repositioning several times in surgery reviews. In a case like mine, is it possible through cartilage repositioning to reposition it in the reverse direction so the columella comes back down like my original nose and no longer pulls? In that case, would they incise the columella and reposition it... In my case, they did not make a columellar incision; they made internal incisions inside both sides of the columella and hooked sutures onto the septum to lift the columella. It was so difficult that I had the sutures removed at 3 months... But still it does not come down, and the pulling symptoms are the same... The nasal floor also pulls, and overall because of my nose, it is difficult from the moment I wake up until I fall asleep.. It is not improving at all.. I need to use any method to get even a little better...
