I had a consultation with the head director~ The waiting time was 15 minutes?! I had a CT scan and then received the consultation. They calculated down to the mm while touching my nose, and explained in detail what could be done~ It was a nose revision surgery consultation, and they even knew that I originally had a bulbous nose, so I felt their expertise. In the waiting room, a patient who seemed to have had surgery not long ago was waiting, and when the staff at the desk and the patient were talking, some of the consultation details were exposed, so that was uncomfortable. Still, this is number 1 on my nose revision surgery list. The reviews were that good, and the consultation with the director was good too. The consultant was also kind and nice.
