I had incisional ptosis correction for my eyes, and for my nose I went with no implant. I used septal cartilage for the bridge and septal cartilage plus donated rib cartilage for the tip. It has now been about 5 months since the surgery. Honestly, I was satisfied starting from the one-month mark, but as the swelling kept going down and everything settled, I can really feel that the parts I disliked the most were definitely improved. There are no separate problems or anything done wrong, and both my eyes and nose were neatly corrected in my first surgery, so I'm very satisfied.
