The director clearly told me exactly what was possible and what was not. The consultation focused on the areas that could be improved. I had a CT scan, but the CT was not reviewed in detail; we mostly talked while looking at my bare face. The consultation manager seemed to listen half-heartedly both before and after I met the director, and felt somewhat unfriendly.
