The director told me not to have surgery.. but it didn’t feel like this was out of conscience. It felt more like he told me not to because he felt the surgery would be difficult for him. I heard from the consultant that the director said my nose was a difficult case.. During the consultation too, how should I put it, he seemed a bit robotic.. It was also the first time I felt the staff were unfriendly and like they were trying to get into a power struggle. It felt like a waste of time.
