Before surgery, my nose was blunt and overall felt too big, I guess I should say. It wasn’t an ugly nose, but it wasn’t a pretty nose either. Especially when I smiled, my nose looked really big, so it stressed me out. I went around for consultations at several places, including hospitals where the director didn’t even look at me for 10 minutes, hospitals that said I needed osteotomy and donor rib cartilage and told me I had to do everything, etc. There were more disappointing hospitals than I expected, but here, it didn’t feel like the director was over-treating...
