I went there after applying for an event price on Kangㅇㅇni (I don’t remember exactly..). I first consulted with the manager and then met the director, and I remember the director being very kind and attentive. But the manager’s demands felt a bit coercive, and it was really draining. When I said I was buying compression garments separately, they said absolutely not without even listening, and they were so forceful about saying no that I put down the deposit anyway. When I got home and thought about it, it didn’t seem right, so I canceled the next day. When I said I was canceling the surgery, they called and said I had to come in person to cancel the deposit and that I shouldn’t come at just any time, but should keep the appointment time. I thought this place would be ruined by the manager.
