There was really almost no waiting, and I went straight into the consultation. There was no taking facial photos first before going in or anything like that; the consultation started right away. There was no pressure to pay a deposit or to have surgery. However, I couldn’t consult with the director I wanted. The other director was also kind and explained things well, so that was good. They explained well why this surgery was needed. (The consultant was a little overly kind, so it felt burdensome.) Other than that, it was generally fine, but... I don’t think I’ll have surgery here!
